Terms of Service

12w Planner ("App") is developed and operated by BOSCO RECORDING (Representative: Sangjun Kim, "Service Provider", "We"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By signing up or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

12w Planner is a productivity app that supports 12-week goal cycle planning, time-block execution management, and weekly reviews. The service consists of a Free tier and a paid subscription (Pro) tier.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Paid Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

3-1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription (Pro Monthly): Auto-renews every month
• Annual Subscription (Pro Yearly): Auto-renews every year
• CyclePass License (13 week): One-time purchase, no renewal

Specific pricing and plan details are available on the subscription screen within the App.

3-2. Auto-Renewal Notice

Monthly/Annual subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the next period's fee is charged to the account confirmed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3-3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period. Depending on the platform, you can cancel as follows:

• Web & Desktop (Paddle): Go to Account Settings → Membership → click the 'Manage Subscription' button to manage/cancel via the Paddle Customer Portal, or email us at boscorecording@gmail.com.
• iOS (App Store): Device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
• Android (Google Play): Google Play App → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel

3-4. Refund Policy & Merchant of Record

Our service processes payments via platform-specific Merchants of Record (MOR):

• Web & Desktop (Paddle): Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record and handles billing, licensing, and refunds. For refund requests, please contact us at boscorecording@gmail.com.
• Apple App Store: Refunds follow Apple's refund guidelines. Please request directly via Apple Refund Support.
• Google Play: Refunds follow Google Play's refund guidelines. Please request directly via Google Play Refund Support.

3-5. Free Trial (If Available)

If a free trial period is offered, failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Free trials are limited to one per account.

4. User Data Disclaimer

We are not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for loss of user data (plans, time blocks, review records, etc.) due to service failures, data loss, hacking, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

• We make reasonable efforts to securely store data via Firebase Firestore.
• Data recovery after subscription cancellation or account deletion is not guaranteed.
• Free-tier user data may be deleted 12 months after account inactivity.
• Data backup is the user's responsibility. We may provide local backup features but do not guarantee them.

5. Service Modifications & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue part or all of the service.

• For significant service changes or termination affecting paid subscribers, we will notify at least 30 days in advance via in-app notice or email registered at sign-up.
• In unavoidable circumstances (legal reasons, security vulnerabilities, etc.), the service may be suspended without prior notice.
• In case of service termination, we will make best efforts to process refunds for remaining subscription periods for paid subscribers.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the App
• Unauthorized access to or impersonation of other users' accounts
• Automated mass requests that disrupt service operations
• Creating or transmitting illegal content through the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (design, logos, UI, code, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Ownership of data created by users within the App (plans, goals, etc.) belongs to the user.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS-IS," and we make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or data accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or data-loss damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, mediation through the Consumer Agency or the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance via in-app notice or email, and the modified Terms will take effect 7 days after notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.
