12w Planner ("앱")는 밤의 책장 스튜디오 (대표: 김상준, "서비스 제공자", "당사")가 개발·운영합니다. 앱을 이용하시기 전에 아래 이용약관을 주의 깊게 읽어주세요. 앱을 가입 또는 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
12w Planner는 12주 단위 목표 사이클 계획, 타임블록 실행 관리, 주간 리뷰를 지원하는 생산성 앱입니다. 서비스는 무료(Free) 티어와 유료 구독(Pro) 티어로 구성됩니다.
당사는 다음과 같은 자동 갱신 구독 상품을 제공합니다:
구체적인 가격 및 상품 정보는 앱 내 구독 화면에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
월간/연간 구독은 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구독 기간 만료 24시간 이내에 자동으로 결제가 이루어지며, 다음 기간의 요금이 구매 확인 시 확인된 계정으로 청구됩니다. 현재 기간이 종료되기 24시간 이전에 해지하지 않은 경우 구독이 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
구독은 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 후에도 현재 구독 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
결제는 각 플랫폼의 환불 정책을 따릅니다:
당사는 각 플랫폼의 환불 정책 범위 내에서만 환불을 처리할 수 있습니다. 환불 요청은 각 플랫폼 고객센터를 통해 직접 진행해주세요.
무료 체험 기간이 제공되는 경우, 체험 기간 종료 전 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 자동 전환됩니다. 무료 체험은 동일 계정에 1회만 제공됩니다.
당사는 서비스 장애, 데이터 손실, 해킹, 천재지변 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 사용자 데이터(계획, 타임블록, 리뷰 기록 등) 손실에 대해 법적으로 허용되는 최대 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
사이클 완료 리포트의 AI 요약 기능을 사용하는 경우, 회고 내용의 짧은 발췌와 시간 기록 통계가 요약 생성을 위해 AI 서비스 제공업체로 전송됩니다. 이름, 이메일 등 식별 정보는 전송되지 않으며, 이 기능은 사용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 사용됩니다.
당사는 서비스를 개선, 변경, 일부 또는 전체를 중단할 권리를 보유합니다.
다음 행위를 금지합니다:
앱의 모든 콘텐츠(디자인, 로고, UI, 코드 등)는 당사의 지적 재산입니다. 사용자가 앱 내에서 생성한 데이터(계획, 목표 등)의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공되며, 당사는 특정 목적에의 적합성, 오류 없는 운영, 데이터의 정확성에 대한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 당사의 책임은 귀하가 지난 12개월 동안 당사에 지불한 총 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 당사는 간접적 손해, 결과적 손해, 데이터 손실로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 소비자원 조정이나 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
당사는 본 약관을 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 사전 안내하며, 변경된 약관은 고지 후 7일 이후 효력이 발생합니다. 변경 후 계속 앱을 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

12w Planner ("the App") is developed and operated by BOSCO RECORDING (Sangjun Kim) ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
12w Planner is a productivity app that supports 12-week goal cycle planning, time block execution management, and weekly reviews. The service is available as a Free tier and a paid subscription (Pro) tier.
We offer the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
Specific pricing and plan details are available on the subscription screen within the App.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. Payment will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective platforms:
We can only process refunds within the scope of each platform's refund policy. Please contact the relevant platform's customer support directly to request a refund.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Free trials are limited to one per account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of user data (plans, time blocks, review records, etc.) due to service outages, data corruption, security incidents, force majeure, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
If you use the AI cycle summary feature, a short excerpt of your reflections and your time-tracking statistics are sent to our AI service provider to generate the summary. No name, email, or other identifying information is ever sent, and this feature is only used when you explicitly opt in.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.
The following activities are prohibited:
All content within the App (design, logo, UI, code, etc.) is the intellectual property of the developer. User-generated data (plans, goals, etc.) remains the property of the user.
The App is provided "AS IS" and we make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or accuracy of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or data loss damages.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction, or parties may seek resolution through the Korea Consumer Agency.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
